There are two kinds of pain:
Physical and mental.

Mental pain can hurt worse
than physical pain.

Mental pain can last and last
(a memory for a life time).
It hurts deep and sometimes hidden.
It hurts a lot.

As you give, so you shall receive.
If you give pain,
mental or physical,
You will receive pain,
mental or physical.
